Dream states and points to ponder on making the most of dream time.

Can you let yourself experiment with intention before sleep.

Is there a link? Here is the link of a video on this.

There is a Mental Bank ledger you can buy from HMI about paying yourself before you go to sleep in "mental bank" money which means money listed and tallied in a ledger you write in. You keep a dedicated pen at the ready because when people are tired it is easy to ignore. You don't berate or blame or shame since there is no blame at the gate. The gate to sleep needs your loving grace and mercy.

Death, rebirth, and how I compensated. Part 1.

 Death has no sting.

He explains his death.

So when he describes how he changed after his NDE or death I felt more convinced that at the time of my head injury I did die. I can't prove it. I have a memory of running ridiculously fast through the streets of Broken Arrow even though the injury happened out in the country where I had no car.

I vaguely remember the neighbor coming to my door, staring in and then fleeing. Who would do that. My guess is I looked dead and yet we never spoke after that so I have no clue what he thought he saw.

But afterwards, what changed for me included what changed for the man in this short video clip above and that was I had little feeling for earthly goals. In fact I often wonder why I never desired a house when I drive through neighborhoods that look lovely and stable. I have never desired that. I used to tell myself I had a house before the head injury as if it was on a list that had a box and since that box was already checked off, that was that.

In the end, my story includes getting lost. I thought that was my brain damage. I had a sensation of memory of it being the back right. The occipital part on the right has right brain function, of music and space.

I wasn't able to learn songs after that. I did take classes at Valley College. Voice, copying, theory, and  chorale  directing, but my performance song I sung was one I knew before the injury. I would not have been able to memorize a new one. So in my song compensation phase over the past 40 years, I took fiddle lessons, a semester of classical violin, bought a bowed psaltery, bought a cello and violin, upright grand, 1833 pump organ, and a second uke, as mine was ruined from years ago, and a backpacker guitar, all the while playing with satisfaction, using techniques I knew before. In the Friday French conversation group I had sound distortion and noticed when I played my guitar and sang I would have an unexpected sudden glitch that I didn't used to have before the injury whereby there would be a delay so I could not keep rhythm with fellow singers. I don't notice it now. It has changed since my brain has gotten help. More on that in the next episode. Maybe now I can learn the required 50 songs to be in Threshold Choir. We shall see.

We have discovered that with low thyroid our food choices were not helping. Here is some help if you too suffer from hypothyroid condition.

Conditions connected to excess cold are:

  • Poor circulation (cold hands and feet, Raynaud’s disease)
  • Weak digestion (low appetite, IBS, period cramps)
  • Low thyroid function (feeling sluggish, weight gain, tiredness)
  • Poor memory and concentration
  • Exhaustion and depression

How to balance excess cold:

  • Reduce refrigerated and frozen foods including ice cream and ice lollies, iced drinks, raw and leafy foods such as chicory and kale.
  • Avoid fasting and detoxification.
  • Eat more warming foods like soups, curries and cooked vegetables. Add spicy herbs to food including ginger, garlic, black pepper and cinnamon to increase circulation and digestion.
  • Only drink warm drinks like herbal teas and water at room-temperature.
  • Vigorous exercise, saunas and oil massages can also balance excess cold.

stop smoking

Rodney H Gilstrap
How I quit smoking by spending $5 of Food Stamps:
#QuitSmoking #Smoking #Nicotine #Addiction
I had been a smoker for many years and made several attempts to quit. First it was the patch, then the gum. Didn't work. Tried acupressure, nope, my insurance at the time paid for Chantix so I tried that, moderate success. I quit for a period, but eventually started again.
When I got divorced, I lost the insurance plan I had and my new one wouldn't pay for Chantix, so what was I to do?
When you're poor and on limited income, being a smoker is horrible; do I want to eat or smoke, hmm. And there's now way you can afford to buy the Patch and gum to help ween yourself off of them! So I was in between a rock and a hard place.
Well, I saw a post on Facebook that sounded pretty simple, and very inexpensive. I thought, "No way this is real" but I was desperate and willing to try about anything at that point. And here's the kicker, what I was about to try, the remedy, I could buy using $5 in Food Stamps!
Why not! OK, here ya go, I did this and I quit in three days!
Go to your favorite grocery store and buy Cream of Tartar Seasoning and a gallon of Orange Juice. Mix 1 teaspoon in a glass and drink 2x a day. I recommend when you get up and another glass halfway through your day.
I know this sounds too simple, but it really works! The Cream of Tartar flushes the nicotine out of your system and blocks it from receiving it again! After about two days, smoking tastes like shit, you're blocked from the nicotine rush and the desire is gone!
I hope everyone shares this, many people are struggling to quit and don't have the financial means to be successful.

Imagine who you would like to talk to on this bench.
