I never want people to tell me what to do. We run on sameness. It is called homeostasis. Our heart runs bast at the same pace every minute. But we are in conflict with ourselves. We want change. We only change what we already know to be true. If you know that the vit. D from sunlight is compromised with the chemtrail cover, then you might see, wow, I want to move to the Arctic. Or instead you might say, now I understand why Swedes take their babies out in the cold for a walk. Or you might say, what if a friends isn't telling me what to do, but noticing a synchronicity of timing, when to share new info that can then be hooked to old thoughts and make new choices. That is what happened today when my good friend Teri, sent me this.
