Just Breathe

Many times we say anxiety is mental so we tell ourselves affirmations like "I am Lovable and Capable", but we aren't capable when fatigue is predominant. So, remember,  oxygen restores energy, sleep and food and water restore energy...so many things. Here is a list from someone else.
