Eagles Wings Soar: Words matter

In gratitude

For all the saints who from their labors rest

And for all the friends who I remember best

For all the ones who trusted in my care

For all the kin who gave their all to dare

In these grave times of worry and of pain

To trust in God no matter what,

to see joy like the rain

I thank you all

in heartfelt song and sharing of the word

For any moments that we had,

I hope that you felt heard

Because I listened even though

the storms of life raged through

And in the midst of deepened angst

sometimes I flew the coop

But now I pause to let you know

you mattered much to me

Failing faults around me still,

it's His Grace that I see.

So thank you one and thank you all,

for being real with me.

I hope to see you once again in His eternity.

He gestured the hand motion to say, don't push it away, bring it close. Whatever it is, anger, confusion, fear, mostly loss, and bring it close and feel it and sit with it and then when you are fully absorbed you find that you didn't die from it. Only pushing it away intensifies it. The opposite happens when you bring it near. Cherish the thought of it. Know that you own it, the good and bad of it. Know that you yourself are the good and bad of everything you encounter internally...you have it all. In that, you are truly fully human, fully alive. Then drink some water, and go on with your day. Your brain will thank you!
