Blue Church meets GLitch

This is an explanation a bit out of my depth but worthy of strong repetition until I grasp it all. The NPC aspect of scripts is not lost on me. I had my daughter show me how video game NPCs only have certain things they can say. This is worth a re-listen.

He gestured the hand motion to say, don't push it away, bring it close. Whatever it is, anger, confusion, fear, mostly loss, and bring it close and feel it and sit with it and then when you are fully absorbed you find that you didn't die from it. Only pushing it away intensifies it. The opposite happens when you bring it near. Cherish the thought of it. Know that you own it, the good and bad of it. Know that you yourself are the good and bad of everything you encounter internally...you have it all. In that, you are truly fully human, fully alive. Then drink some water, and go on with your day. Your brain will thank you!
