Turmeric and ginger are helpful

Preparation:
  1. Mix a few tablespoons of honey or maple syrup in one liter of water.
  2. Bring it to boil and add turmeric, chopped ginger, and chopped onions.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer until only half of the initial amount of fluid is left.
  4. After that, turn the heat off and let the solution cool down.
  5. Strain it and refrigerate.
  6. Consume up to two tablespoons of the remedy two times per day. Avoid drinking it right after a meal.
