William James on Habit

Free Ebook Many people call me and ask about habit. Do you know that you do a habit when you develop a habit. It takes the least amount of energy, once learned through repetition. Therefore, when you are tired, you will default to habit. Are they good or bad habits? If they are bad habits, how can you reach for a new habit? You have to master fatigue. William James was plagued by fatigue and vision problems after a vaccine injury. Fatigue will default to habit. He knew this experientially. Here is a video on his philosophy.  The stuff of the world is experience, he said.
