E cig?

I have never researched them, suggested them nor condoned them. But I do feel that this is important, for the sake of your own free will. I wouldn't chose something that diminishes my free will. link

For all the saints who from their labors rest

Failing faults around me still,

it's His Grace that I see.

He gestured the hand motion to say, don't push it away, bring it close. Whatever it is, anger, confusion, fear, mostly loss, and bring it close and feel it and sit with it and then when you are fully absorbed you find that you didn't die from it. Only pushing it away intensifies it. The opposite happens when you bring it near. Cherish the thought of it. Know that you own it, the good and bad of it. Know that you yourself are the good and bad of everything you encounter internally...you have it all. In that, you are truly fully human, fully alive. Then drink some water, and go on with your day. Your brain will thank you!
