10 Questions:

1)      I don’t “believe” in hypnosis. Now what? Hypnosis is a common occurrence daily. When you trance out, daydream, space out and miss something being said to you, it means you are in hypnosis. It is a mind body correlation. Sometimes your body fatigue leads to a trance state.
2)      Why do you give homework? Even if you chose to have a onetime only appointment, homework is part of the pattern changes. It takes repetition to change a pattern. Some say 21 days at least.
3)      What if I don’t want to do any homework? Homework includes eating the right food before the session. Ethically, it is not a good thing to not tell you what makes a better session. Why would I leave that out? Why would you leave out wanting to do your part to get the most out of each session? Why would you pay me to have a family member come to me, when you don’t believe me, that eating properly before a session, really matters? Why would you come to me, to “tell” you in hypnosis that something can change for you, if you won’t abide by my suggestions for what a session means, either beforehand in eating properly, or after to reinforce the work?
4)      Why does it take 21 days to change a habit? If you find instant change from a hypnosis session, it is because you have already been doing the internal work before you got there. You were “ready” is what they call it. If you are not “ready”, a session can prepare you to get ready.
5)      Why 21 days? Because you may have come to the session in the state of a blood sugar low. That means your nervous system, which needs certain vitamins and aminos to make the brain connections were shorted out during the session. Your intention for change however is a downloaded program into your subconscious. Then, imagine if you will, the next days and nights, being interrupted with various situations, so your brain doesn’t get to process everything in order which interrupts the patterns you are creating to make a prediction. It may even take longer than 21 days to get the pattern in solid.
6)      Why do you ask us to eat a meal that has protein before the session? People who eat a sugar snack before, or to not eat at all, you run the risk of experiencing a low blood sugar issues during the session which has as a side effect, some memory loss, which means you won’t get as good a result from the session..
7)      What is your success rate? Because I don’t require that you report back to me, I have no idea. That is one of the most difficult part of this work. I give you my best and hope for the best.
8)      What does it mean when you said, you “got guidance” for our session? In the course of life, it is common knowledge that we are a spirit with a soul, living in a body. All hypnosis session are mind body colloquy, meaning communication between the two. All beings have guidance from beyond, in the form of angels, guides, or direct contact with their God. We are connected like artists and musicians, in the Unified Field, a place where you go in hypnosis. The Field that is like an underground stream, is connected to those who have passed away, ancestors or friends and family who are no longer here. When I am in a meditative mode before a session, sometimes an ancestor or grandparent of the client will request me to use certain methods for their loved one to access them. This is not unusual. This is usual. If this feels too foreign for you, I doubt you would ever have contacted me in the first place. I have asked God to send me people who can get what I can deliver, in the way of words, thoughts and access to the subconscious via hypnosis.
9)      Why do you talk about other things than hypnosis? In the olden days, some said that hypnosis doesn’t work on some people. That is not true. The hypnotist’s suggestions can be blocked at will, so we have been taught all the variables of types of suggestions, and therefore can deliver the best session possible, given the techniques I was trained in over a year. Those techniques include aspects of the conscious and subconscious information that will best benefit your results.
10)   Why do I have to discuss the reason I need hypnosis? Discussion is called frontloading. We want to bring to the conscious mind, that which is hidden, and therefore changes can truly take place. Changes take place in tiny increments; therefore the subconscious cannot and will not reveal huge amounts of anything, because a person’s mind cannot tolerate too much change at once.
