An update on feelings you are having..

Having some strange symptoms? You are not alone. Also, not included in this video but I am wondering about...I am hearing of dogs having seizures. Random and inexplicable. I suggest mentioning it in the comments sections below the video to see if others know of this phenomenon too and maybe a suggestion for what will help. Is it an emotional reaction from the dogs about something that scared them into it, like sensing someone who might do them harm, or could it be microwave radiation that is affecting them? What do you think?

He gestured the hand motion to say, don't push it away, bring it close. Whatever it is, anger, confusion, fear, mostly loss, and bring it close and feel it and sit with it and then when you are fully absorbed you find that you didn't die from it. Only pushing it away intensifies it. The opposite happens when you bring it near. Cherish the thought of it. Know that you own it, the good and bad of it. Know that you yourself are the good and bad of everything you encounter internally...you have it all. In that, you are truly fully human, fully alive. Then drink some water, and go on with your day. Your brain will thank you!
