If I can't trust you, when you make an appointment, thus asking me to change my schedule for you, and then you don't have a courtesy call to confirm, which by the way, means, to confirm if you are coming or not, and you don't make it clear to me,..then I feel sad that I trusted you. There are only a couple ways to earn the trust back, and one is to prepay from then on. I am so sorry this is the way it is. Now don't worry if you called for information and didn't make an appointment but asked me to call you back. No worries. That is better than saying you nail down a time to meet and then disappear.
