I am very shy about telling you why you need to have me work with you. I post review statements from some folks, but mostly, I want to quote Dr. Sherman right now, where my office is. He is kind enough to let me welcome you there. He compares my sessions to a tune up. I am not there to change you, fix you, control you, or use you. I help you visit the part of you, the subconscious, where dreams are born and dreams die. Why not awaken your dreams and let me help you help them come true? Why not call me. Doc Sherman would say it is worth it. He would tell you to call me. Yes he would. 319-269-7699.

For all the saints who from their labors rest

For any moments that we had,

you mattered much to me

Failing faults around me still,

it's His Grace that I see.

He gestured the hand motion to say, don't push it away, bring it close. Whatever it is, anger, confusion, fear, mostly loss, and bring it close and feel it and sit with it and then when you are fully absorbed you find that you didn't die from it. Only pushing it away intensifies it. The opposite happens when you bring it near. Cherish the thought of it. Know that you own it, the good and bad of it. Know that you yourself are the good and bad of everything you encounter internally...you have it all. In that, you are truly fully human, fully alive. Then drink some water, and go on with your day. Your brain will thank you!
